Default Major problem! Sparks under dash and now no start.

Sunday, I was sitting in my 2003 F350 7.3, when I saw this spark under my dash as my truck was running. The radio went off/on so I took a peek around didnt see anything unsual. Sarted down the road and then realized no speed odo then no turn signals. I then went back home to check this out, found that 1/2 of my fuse box had no power, all fuses and relays are good. I then ran a hot wire to the wire i had found that didnt have power which should, I got power back to the fuse box everything seem to be working. I wanted to see if it would start before I tried to chase this wire to find the bad spot, but no start, no ckicking, no nothing. I traced the wire to a large yellow wire in the main harness under the dash but cant find it out under the hood must change colors or something crazy, any help would be greatly apprecaited. I need to get this thing fixed so I can go pick my kids up 3 hours away in 2 weeks.

Maybe the ignition switch. Any residue smell of burning under the panel?
