Default My 1994 F-250 4X4 Not Running Right.

I have a 1994 F-250 4X4 and it has a new motor in it a 351 V-8 Windsor. The truck also has a new rear end, and the truck only goes 60mph wide open pedle to the floor, and it slowly accelerates. I don't understand it, the truck is turning about 3000rpm at 55 and after that it won't go much faster. What is my problem? Is it maybe the transmission? Any help would be greatly appreicated.
