20 amp fuse into where? Fuse panel inside or the one in the engine bay? Sorry for not mechanically inclined.

Without being there to follow through, if there are no visible contacts in the inner fuse panel the fuse won't stay in there. Try placing the fuse in the #5 place wherever it will stay. Did the OD system ever work for you before?
