No sound on entertainment system since last update

No sound on entertainment system since last update
Parked f350 lariat on September 30 after having serviced. Went and drove it today for the first time since then and there's absolutely "No sound" shows radio/other sound components playing but no sound?
Worked great when parked on Sept 30th.
I see there was a Ford update on Oct 12th?
Any ideas??
