Default OD2 Port cut out

I have a 2010 F250 6.4 that I am trying to hook up a Bullydog tuner to. I went to hook it up and a previous owner has cut out the odb2 port. I got a wiring diagram from a mechanic friend with the color codes and pinout for the truck. However the wires that are hanging down where the port should be are not the same color as the printout from Mitchell. I have 2 different print outs. The colors on the printout are the same. only 4 wires in my harness match the printout. There are 16 wires hanging which is what should be in the port.

Anyone have any advise?

Yes they match that one exactly. My wires are not that color. There are 16 wires. I know that is where the port goes.. I cant seem to find the correct diagram anywhere.

The colors in my truck are
Yellow/Green
Green/white
White/Orange
Tan/orange
Blue/white
Violet/Brown
Blue/Grey
Blue
Green
Grey/Violet
Violet/Orange
White
Brown
Grey/Orange

Could this wiring harness be one that was supposed to be in a 2011? The printout for a 2009 and 2010 is the same.

My mechanic friend says this is a pinout for a PTO System. This doesn't make sense to me.

Thanks. But I think I have solved the Mystery. The wires I was messing with do go to the PTO Brake system. I tore apart the bottom of the dash in frustration this morning and was able to find the ODB2 wires cut off from the port and stuffed up behind the center of the dash by the radio.. It amazes me that someone would be so retarded to cut that port out. I can finally wire the tuner up now. the color codes on the wires match the ones for a 2010. Thanks for all your help..

Got the ODB2 wired up and pulled the codes. Codes are for the EGR valves missing. My truck has the bypasses on it.

Hooked up the bullydog as well. Where can I get the custom tunes to turn off the EGR valves?
