Not sure it was covered but,, inside the fuel tank, within the fuel module case (not the screen on its nose) are a few cylindrical shaped micro filter screens. They like to restrict and generally will cause a flat throttle condition like a plugged fuel filter would represent. Anytime there's a poor performance issues and PIDs don't support any drivability issues, I'd check for Volume/pressure at the head taps, and check the fuel pressure reg as well.. At least to prove out fuel delivery, and take it off the diagnostic table..

Is the idle stable, starts fine warmed/cold, power drops off at what RPM? Cylinders drop out of misfire when trying to build power/RPM? Or just a general power output complaint.. Lack of power can mean many things..

well the sending unit filters are gone and the flow port has been widened, she starts fine cold or hot but she is misfiring , its like she is struggling..... would the hpop couse this prob if the oil preesure is low?

Did you ever check for spec fuel pressure/volume at the head taps if the system was altered? When did the performance issues develop? After any work done etc..
Generally an HPOP or oil pressure low available/bleed issue tends to affect start up during cranking. The 7.3 needs 500 PSI to start, and often an HPOP or pressure build concern that would cause misfire is noticed on etended cranking times for start, hard/no start etc.
On start up, is the idle quickly stablized? no romp or misfire, even and balanced idle performance
If you aren't getting any CEL (?) I'd be looking into causes that can affect overall performance w/wo any stored DTC's like fuel delivery. At least to dismiss it as a possible cause for injection fuel deprevation. That said, fuel supply and pressure usually affects or causes a flat throttle due to demand not meeting available. Do you have a scan tool that can access PID's?
No codes have ever been retrieved?

Will the engine rev without misfire in higher RPM ranges in place P/N, no driving load added in?
