Default removeing cat converters

Am wanting to remove converters to gain more hp on my f250 super duty 4x4 w/5.4 gas, any issues with fuel mixtures or resets after I do this?

Depends on the year of the vehicle. If it has OBDII the computer receives info from an O2 sensor after the converter to let the computer know the converter(s) is working as designed. Some models get fuel control from info after the converter. The 5.4s were not easy to squeeze out more HP.
