Speedometer and Odometer not working

Default Speedometer and Odometer not working
I have a 1998 F250 light duty and the speedometer stopped working, I replaced the VSS and the Instrument cluster, checked all fuses. Not sure what else it could be

The only thing left is the wiring and grounding in between.
