Default t56 on a 400m

I have a 1980 f250 2wd with a 400m and a c6 trans. I'm not worried on how long or how much work it would take but what clutch would I use on a t56 trans. I know there are bell housing for a t56 to a big block ford I'm just looking for some options on clutch and input shaft (10 spline or 26)
