Manual or Auto? I have a '96 5 speed manual overdrive and when it started getting hard to shift I replace the bushing in my clutch pedal. It is a plastic bushing. If a Auto, when was the last time filter and fluid was changed? My shop truck is a 01 Power strokeand we had some shifting issues with it. Turned out the filter was dirty. New filter, new oilshe is shiftin' fine. It was a easy fix, I did it one afternoon. Good Luck! Outboardman
