V-10 horsepower

Can anyone from experience tell me what the best power adders are for a 2001 V-10/auto. I'm not looking for a race truck, I'm just looking for some more pulling power.

Gears. 4.30s are the magic number for these things.

I just installed a flowmaster forceII exhaust on my 2000 v-10 f-250,gave it a nice mellow sound and certainly woke up the power.
