V10 Pings

I have a 2001 F 250 with the V10. I added a cold air intake and know it pings under heavy acceleration pulling large loads. I tryed octane boost and higher rated gas but nothing helps. Does it need exhuast?

Spark plug gap could be off or could be intake vacuumsuction difference.
