Default WATER PUMP
I have been using the Haynes manual on this but to no avail.... the fan clutch is seized on the waterpump shaft. Any helpful advice or info would be greatly appreciated.
99 F-350 7.3l powerstroke diesel.

Are you using a set of fan clutch/hub wrenches? and still won't budge?
