Default Whats the next thing to go....

Hello All....
Im new to the forum . I've got a 1999 F250 SD that has 195k miles. I purchased it 3 years ago(178k miles) and since have replaced, updated the truck including, new alternator, Batteries (2), Tires, Transmission (ford Factory Rebuilt), Water pump, Thermal Fan clutch, Thermostat, Added an aux transmission cooler, replaced the shocks, added DP tuner 5 setting chip, reworked the exhaust & air filter, Added running boards & power tow mirrors..... So here is my dilemma.... We use the truck to pull our travel trailer, and I really like the truck but not being that knowledged in mechanics, if something goes wrong I'm then hunting for a mechanic. The 7.3 engine is in great shape, no body rust, interior is in great shape as well though the truck is 17 years old.....and I'm now thinking, "whats the next thing to go?" Looking for thoughts on what i need to be thinking about, preparing for if I'm to keep the truck.....Thanks in advance.

If you travel a lot and this is my two cents. I do accept change. ;-)
Get a AAA membership and you will always be able to call and they can help and recommend someone in any area.
You're going to have some of those issues with a 17 year old truck.
Hell I just bought a 27 year old truck so I will have things to deal with.
