Hello, family member is second owner of vehicle, long story short first owner failed to use/care for vehicle as a small rodent chewed through some of the wiring within vehicle. Vehicle has 150k + miles as my question is how is the wiring for the the green/white cable in front of intake manifold is


suppose to be connected since check engine light is on for vehicle. Any help would be appreciated.Ty

 

A good starting place would be to find what codes are causing the check engine lamp to illuminate.

That might help because we could trace the wires to that system and without a wiring diagram could be reasonably sure where the wires go..

 

It turns out the two front wires were related to the fuel injection as both wires on the back of close up pic had no current and basically placed there for a possible future connection if required by Ford. Ty for your assistance.
