Last week when I took my 500 for an oil change I asked one of the assistant service managers will the gas work in the engine. His answer was yes and no. Yes, it will be okay. No, I may lose 30-40% gas economy (a drop of 6-8 mpg based on 20 mpg, and it may have a problem starting in the winter. So, if any 500 owners have heard anything about this please add your comments. In my area, Champaign/Urbana, IL, it hasn't got here yet.

 

Usually one fill out of 10 I will use it. Have never seen reduction of fuel economy, even though pop had warned about it. Never seen any impact really, other than a few bucks less to fill.
