Circuit 1785, 32 and 1786 can you test those first? Simply remove the starter relay.

There's known problem with that wiring loom chafing on the AC Tube there, CAUSING ALL SORTS OF WEIRD ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS. Remove plastic loom, repair any chafed wires, retape, put back new plastic wiring loom protector, turn the loom AWAY from AC Tubing. Check it out.
