Something you might check,
there are times when things happen that can defy explanation and a lot of those times questionable ground connections are the culprit. The vehicle may start with no problem and yet at the time the ground acts up some things don't work properly. That would be the first thing to check. Right from the battery on to where the ground cable connects and also possibly has an addl ground connection to the sheet metal of the vehicle. Just looking at them does nothing, they need to be removed, cleaned and reinstalled. A coating of dielectric grease over the final connection helps prevent repeat problems.

Was there any instrument gauge needle drop, sweep or needle jitter prior or during the warning lights?
On the cluster, were you on more of a bumpy road?
Tail light,, they burn the filament twice and how long in between?, but wasn't a glass/bulb fail? The tail light happened at the same timing as the cluster issues?
