Hello comunitty
today something “no common” happening during my work trip. I arrived to the stop-light in red, I stopped my car and when light turns in green I pushed gas pedal and my Focus move in reverse: it’s CRAZY because my shift gear was in DIRECT, not in REVERSE. Anybody knows what could be the causes of that?
I mean transmission, TCM, shift great…

First,,,your vehicle should be checked for any codes. I would not drive the vehicle until this problem is found and corrected,, not safe !

Suspect an electronic problem which requires special equip to test and check. and determine location and cause of incorrect operation.
