I’m looking what clips that hold this piece in place went to ford and they couldn’t find the clips

 

If you don't see any plastic retainer clips or screws all across, then even if you get the correct hardware the split probably can't join together anymore, something must be broken already on the female side of the join.
If I were you just buy the dash cover, some with oem fitment, and so many different materials for you to choose from, all under $80.

 

It might be a good idea to check with a reliable body shop. They would have all the retainers and maybe be able to offer some helpful suggestions since they do a lot of this type work...
