Help code P0234 overboost condition!

I’ve removed the turbo and the waste gate isn’t clogged up, the arm connected to the waste is loose.

Actuator I can push in and it springs out.

I’ve had the boost control solenoid replaced last year (Ford purchased)

Also had map sensor changed last year.

All hoses seem to be on and not finding a crack or cuts.

What else could I be missing?

Losing the will to live with this thing!

It might be a good idea to verify there are no restrictions in the charge air cooler.
