Being aware of the several electrical problems some of those models had, is there a particular reason you require a wiring diagram ?

Maybe we might be able to save you some time, work and expense.

Not too many shops are trained OR equipped to handle electric vehicle work. You are limited to a shop that can handle it and most of the time it is a dealership.

I can send you the step test procedures for P0AA6:00 but requires an IDS
The procedures have 19 potential tests depending on what level you detect/prove out a fault. Being a communication network, schematics may not point at/to a cause. Although, available..

I would be very grateful if you could share these steps, I use autel diagnostic so car scanning is not a problem and i have different tools which can help diagnosing the problem

The steps for your code start in the 'F1' selections ending on 'F19'
The pages/steps only load a cascade, so you need to scroll down to the 'F' step sections. Not sure your diagnostic equipment will be able to participate in the testing steps but may be helpful...

Unfortunately, in a pre-2017 Focus Electric, P0AA6 is almost certainly due to coolant leaking into one or both of the battery packs.
As the cells age, they swell slightly. Ford did not account for this in the design of the pack, and as a result the expanding cell stack pulls the coolant pipes apart.
Currently the only known fix is to disassemble the battery packs, dry them out, and re-assemble them without the cooling system. I am currently looking into possibly retrofitting the 2012-2016 packs with a clamping system like was added to the 2017-2018 packs, as removing the cooling system is not ideal. That project is still in a work in progress however.
