A test lite or voltmeter would be helpful if one was available.
The check is to determine if power is getting to the blower motor when fan is requested.
If power is present there, confirm the ground connection is good. If that is OK the blower motor can be removed and checked for being free to move. If it is free to move and does not work with power and ground provided ,replace it.
If power is not available to the motor, tests need to be done starting from the fuse connection on to the blower control portion of the system. There could be a relay in the circuit. Do any of the speeds work?
