2000 Ford Focus 4 cylinder SE with the dual overhead cam..... sometimes has an intermittent rough idle throwing a C/E light.... hooked up to machine, says number 2 cylinder misfire. new plugs, new wires, still doing it. any ideas?

 

Check it for vacuum leak's.

 

The coil may be going bad causing the miss. Check it with a spark tester.
