1999 F150 Gauges jumping around

Default 1999 F150 Gauges jumping around
I have a 1999 F150 and every morning when I start it up, all my guages bounce to the max and them revert back to the lowest before measuring correctly. Anyone have this problem and what do you know about the cause.

There are many systems that operate this way normally.

It may sound stupid, but do a load test on the battery. It sounds like the voltage is getting a little low, which can easily cause this concern. Also check the terminals for crud.
