Hi, I recently bought a 2020 Escape hybrid and although I test drove it and it was fine, now spending more hours in the car the driver's seat is extremely uncomfortable. The bolster is stiff and makes my left hip hurt. Any suggestions? I love the car other than that.

 

You might try using a supplemental cushion and see if that helps.
