I just had my engine replaced and now I get it back and when you are driving down the road I have cold air blowing from my heater when I park it blows hot air. I'm afraid to take it back to the shop. They had it for 26 weeks

Hi Michelle,
I can appreciate your reservations regarding bringing the vehicle back.
If your vehicle did not have this problem before the engine swap, it has to be something they did not do but were paid for.
There must be a little more to this that caused an engine swap to be needed?
Would you care to provide some of the particulars that brought this about?
Six months to replace an engine is way out of line, but we don't know the whole story..
All we can do now is to help get the problem corrected ,but we don't know what other choices are available to you like is there another shop that can handle work on your vehicle, and what kind of reputation do they have?
This could be something simple like air trapped in the heating system which is not that difficult to correct.
