2008 Ford F250 XLT 6.4

I just replaced all tie rods, drag link, and front/rear shocks to include installing a RC dual stabilizer. Just drove away from getting an alignment/wheel balance and it definitely handles a lot better as far as steering but when driving, especially on highway, the whole truck seems to shake(not a wobble side to side).

any suggestions to what could be the cause?

 

When you say it begins to shake, would you describe it as a vehicle control problem or possibly an engine performance problem ?

Do you feel it more in the seat of the vehicle?
