Default Almost like vapor lock

Have 2013 Ford Escape S with 2.5 L engine. Every once in a while after coming to a stop I get ready to take off and it’s like I’m getting no fuel. Doesn’t do it all the time more when vehicle is warmed up. Replaced Throttle Body but still does it now and then. No lights come on Ford dealer put on machine and not showing any issues. They tried driving but couldn’t get it to lose power. Anybody have any clues what it could be since it doesn’t do it all the time.

A little FYI,
Certain conditions must be met before codes will set. The condition has to take place a particular number of times, for a particular amount of time and sometimes at a particular speed. Intermittent problems can be quite elusive and are a technician's nightmare. Sometimes the vehicle computer will contain certain info that is retrieved by what is called Freeze Frame and the conditions present at the time can be duplicated to bring the problem out when checking. Without this info , it's a crapshoot.
This is when patience is required.
What can be helpful is to note exactly when it happens like hot, cold, certain speed, pulling a hill, attempting to pass etc.
