can anyone help me with this decision? Saw a pretty nice ford ranger 2wd by the side of the road and for sale for $2000. it has only 96k and it is apparently a one-owner vehicle. only thing is that although it runs pretty smoothly it does have a check engine light on and it did surge a bit till it warmed up sufficiently. it is a 6 cylinder and looks like it was taken care of-- the kid got it at an auction -- any comments? also he says he'll let it go for $1700 and that I'll never get adeal this good for a while-- comments anyone
