Default Confusing Headlight Malfunction.

Hi everyone, I hope someone can help me as I and everyone I’ve asked are confused. My headlights don’t work… sounds simple, I know but I’ve changed the bulbs, changed the fuses, checked the relay and checked the wiring, all fine and still nothing. Back lights, side lights, fog lights, LED and indicator lights work on both headlights. It’s literally just my main headlights+full beams that don’t work. Please someone have some advice for me!?🙏🏼🤞🏼 I have a Ford Focus ST, 16 plate.

Do your headlamps contain original type bulbs or were they changed to LEDs ?

They’re normal headlights, when I said LEDs, I just meant the strip that automatically comes on. Sorry for the confusion!🙈

Did you actually hear/feel the relay operate?

When it comes to headlight both left and right always have 2 separate circuits after the switch. For both to go out at the same time it's probably an issue near the switch or inside the vehicle, not under the engine bay.
Further, if they are driven by the relays it's even easier to troubleshoot, simply unplug the relay then use voltmeter to probe the female side, red to 86 black to ground, then turn your headlight on, if you don't get 12v then there is an issue before the relay on the circuit and after the switch, not very difficult to tell. While the relay is removed, also check terminal 30, it should be hot at all times.
