Crank sensor

I am trying to locate a ignition sensor for a 1995 Ford F-350 California model 460 motor auto parts store is having trouble getting one.

Ignition sensor? 460 didn’t use a crank sensor..

Ignition system is based on a ICM/ignition control module and distributor pick-up coil..
