I recently purchased a 2012 Ford Explorer. First time owning a vehicle that has a digital gas gauge and just curious if it ever actually shows full 😆.

 

Because we don't know if any work was done to the fuel tank, pump or sending unit , there may be a minor problem with the sending unit. The fuel pump module consists of the fuel pump assy and gauge sending unit.,one piece.. If it was carelessly replaced,it might have met with a tech induced inaccuracy.
