Mondeo mk4 2.0 diesel 2010 continuously regenerating.
Hi ,after a few DTC codes regarding the DPF not reaching the correct temperature to allow regeneration in bank 1,and DTC stating DPF LOAD SOOT high....and DTC forcing reduced power ....I pinpointed to a faulty fuel vapourizer!,
i pulled out the vapourizer and yes it was clogged.
I replaced the vapourizer .....cleared all DTC's ....and started a static regeneration using Forscan!
The car power was back and all seemed ok......but for some reason the car is regenerating continuously... non-stop.
In have checked the DPF pressure hoses and they are ok ,the DPF pressure sensor read 0 at idle and max 10 at high revs!
DPF filter isn't cloghed! For some reasons is stuck on regeneration! Any ideas guy?
Btw on forscan the DPF SOOT LOAD pid's are not existent !
Thanx

I don't have the specs for that, but if it is shorted when unplugged you should get a different response and if it is open there should be no change.
I should also mention possibly, if there is no change from either move, the connection /wire from the sensor to the PCM may have a problem.
