Default 2004 Ford Freestar coolant leak

Hi All, I have a coolant leak on my 04 freestar and need help identifying what the source of the leak is. I've searched online for coolant diagrams but have come up empty so far. I'm wondering if this is just a worn out o-ring or something similar. Small but steady leak once pressure is built up. Trying to squeeze a little more life out of this van since it's my youngest son's first vehicle.

OK button not clickable because engine size is not selected. Check my signature below.

Your heater is working properly or not?

Front heat works but rear heat does not. Engine is 3.9L.

You can also,
rent a cooling system pressure tester from places like Autozone etc.
Attach the tester to the radiator fill opening, pump the tester up to the pressure number on the radiator cap (13 lbs) and watch the needle on the pressure gauge go down if there is a leak. If it goes down check the various hose connections, and look for the coolant dripping or running out. You can usually spot the leak easily and then decide what you want to do..One common place is the water pump seal.. You would see the coolant running down behind the water pump pulley .

The pictures I posted is where the leak is occurring. I'm trying to identify what the hose is and if it's something I can repair myself. I could be complete wrong but it seems like the hard hose going into the engine would have an o-ring or something on it.

Depending on how hard you want to squeeze, if just a little , start with a can of stop leak.

Thanks for the info guys. Unfortunately, those pdf's don't include the water pump or the heater hoses and I've only heard bad things about stop leak products. I've identified the leak, just to need to know what the actual hose is that's leaking. It looks like it should just pull out of the engine and I was hoping there would be a worn out o ring or gasket causing the leak. I'll keep searching online to help identify what hose is in the pictures I posted.

I never had a good view to the pics you attached if you can zoom out more it'd be better. Anyway try the following:

My Man! This is it! Exactly what I needed! I'm 99% sure it's the #5 o-ring. That's the exact location and it acts exactly like other worn out o-rings I've seen... I just wasn't sure if there was an o-ring in there and didn't want to start pulling stuff apart blindly. Really appreciate your help here, I've got the guide downloaded and will be pulling parts in the morning. Thanks again!
