Hey guys. I was laid off around 2 weeks ago where I had a 05 Freestar cargo van for 4 years. They laid off everyone that had these vans so they were going to sell them from what I understand. My question is does the cargo van have all the =required latches to put in rear seats? I know I would also have to get the seatbelts as well. I never took up the rubber floor to see if the latches were actually there for the seats.


I asked about it and am awaiting a return email but I would like to know if it's possible to do that because that will be the deciding factor if I want to buy my old van. Thanks in advance

 

I do not know the cargo version, but if there is no rear well at the hatch then the 3rd row seat for a Freestar will not fit. You may be able to install a Windstar 3rd row but it will require obtaining all the hardware and a cut an fit install.

3rd row back attaches via hinge system in well and to latch rings in the side walls when flipped in to riding position.
