Anyone with the 4.2L (2006 model) should check the coolant hose that runs from the lower part of the radiator, just above the inbound to engine hose for rubbing against the A/C compressor. I have mine at the dealer for repairs as it has worn a hole into it at 40K. The van has only been worked on by Ford dealers with the exception of oil changes, and has been taken for annual service to the dealer every 15K.
