Does anyone know the resting fuel pressure of a 2007 Freestar 3.9. This would be fuel pressure after running with key off.

 

 

55 psi yes of coarse but the question was does that pressure hold when the key is "off" or does the pressure drop and to where.

 

Do you use a scan tool to check your pressure or is there some special reason you need this info.

The fuel system on your vehicle should have a pressure sensor and that requires a scan tool to measure actual and desired fuel pressure.

If the fuel pressure does drop, the usual 1-2 second prime will bring it up to correct press for starting when you turn the key on...
