So I'd been having a misfire (posted on another thread on here as it's a different issue) to which no one on this thread replied to. In the process of trying to fix that, I replaced both the bank 1 O2 sensors, and that appears to have fixed my P0171 and P2195 codes. I'll replaced the 2 on bank 2 soon so they're all the same age.
