Default QUESTION: thinking I might have a belt, pulley or balljoint/axle problem

I've had tie rods CV joints replaced both and I've also had a tune-up and I'm believing it's either a belt, pulley problem or ball joint/axle problem because the front end is still having a lot of play randomly will start jerking and jumping the front tire area like I'm going over some type of Cobblestone Road and I'm not so I'm trying to figure out if it's a belt problem or a ball joint/axle problem...I've already had the tie rods and CV joints replaced close to $1,000 I'm trying to figure out what in the world is wrong so I don't waste any more money on what it really is and I just had close to 500.00 tune up so, I just want what it really needs can anybody help me out... seems like as I'm engaging the accelerator and letting off and then trying to go again pressing on the accelerator it tends to have a problem so it isn't the transmission I've already had that checked out so not too sure what in the world it can be.......surprise little things crop up: motor replaced for the wiper blades I have had my wiper blades during a rain on 95 interstate lock up and Criss-Cross in front of my windshield as I'm driving down the road so this is a like a cash cow kind of but I don't want a car note so I'm making the Clear Choice to keep maintaining her as much as I can... short replaced 2 times for tag lights first time was 118.00 second time 53.00, hint hint I will NEVER go back to Auto Zone #1676, 3rd brake light replaced, drivers side door motor replaced.......now passenger side window acting up so that will need to be replaced maybe after I milk all the use of rigging it by holding down the window button and slamming the door closed......worked for the drivers side for at least a year then I got the motor replaced for 306.00...good news insurance paid up to Nov and passed state inspection with all stickers for license plates and personal property caught up.......

Could you tell us the year, model and mileage of your vehicle?
Seems like an awful lot of problems and a lot of $$$ spent .
How much do you use the vehicle and can we inquire as to who is doing all this work?
