Hi, what are the two sensors on the inside windshield

They are most likely part of the ADAS, Advanced driver assistance system.They are related to lane keeping function (keep you from wandering into another lane if direction signals are not activated.)

Thanks,,is it safe to assume that a windshield replacement company would be able to reattach them to a new windshield

A reputable glass replacement company tech should be able to handle that.
