Default A/C Vents blowing different temps

I've replaced my compressor and the heater blend door actuator in my 2012 Ford Fusion. I do NOT have dual temperature control. The dash vent to the left of the steering wheel is blowing ice cold. The first vent to the right of the steering wheel is blowing ice cold air out of the left side of that vent, but "warmer" air out of the right side of that vent. The other two dash vents are blowing room-temperature air. Compressor is running perfectly. Also, if I switch it to Defrost, the left side (driver's side) defrost vents blowing much colder air than the right side (passenger side.) I'm just at a loss and was hoping someone could guide me. HELP??!?!?!?!?!

Did you charge the system to spec?
