Disable Locked Door Notification
When it is really hot or really cold, I use the remote start function on my Fusion 2017. To do this, you need to hit the lock button twice, which causes the horn to sound. Most of the time it is not an issue, but I sometimes need to start it early in the morning or late at night. My car sits very close to the kids' room in my neighbor's house.
Does anyone know if this can be disabled using something like ForScan, and if so, what are the hexadecimal entries?
Thanks in advance for any assistance.

If you have no concerns where the vehicle anti theft system is involved, all you need to to do is interrupt the wire going to the horns with a switch located inside your vehicle that you can open the circuit to the horns and the rest will work as usual. The only problem is to remember to turn the switch on when you move the vehicle yourself like driving .
There is a way to accomplish this automatically with a relay in the right place., but it would require a little wiring work. Don't know if you want to get involved.with that.

If you can disable siren on your power door lock, it might also disable the honk at the same time.
To disable siren do you have to do coding, you need to find out more. You can even try to access your hidden menu and see if you can set additional preference there. Auto makers usually allow just a few configurations at user level like controlling heated seats, your HVAC, system on/off, there must be more at dealer's level and I don't see why disable the siren is not configurable, it's pretty common just like aftermarket car alarms end users can only do so much with the remote, at car stereo shops they use something like directed bitwriter (I have one too) and they can configure much more preferences using bitwriter (hardware coding). Not sure about using Forscan for software coding, I have never done it before, but on European cars I do coding all the time, both hardware and software.
