Default 2002 Mustang V6, buy or not?

I saw an ad online for a 2002 Mustang V6 for $3,500 (price is negotiable though), and was wondering if it's worth it. It currently has 109,000 miles. The cons about it: Needs airbags (doesn't have salvage title), radio went out (might be a fuse according to the owner), needs a antenna (could be why the radio doesn't work), has a exhaust leak (owner says it makes whistling noise, but does nothing to drivability). Would you buy this car? How much would I be looking at to fix the cons? Thanks.

No. Reason being I would only buy a V8 Mustang.
