Default 427 heads on 390 block

Hi, Ford FE gurus! I have a .30 over 1964 390, rebuilt to factory specs. I have a set of C3ae-d heads (1963 low riser 427) with CJ valves....2.09 intake, 1.67 exhaust. I'm not sure of chamber volume, but I think it's supposed to be 64 ccs. The heads have not been ported. Question is: Will these heads go on the 390 without notching the bore for the larger valves and will compression remain the same at 10.1 to 1: Also, since I'm asking, I want to run a solid lifter cam...Comp has one with about a .530 lift and one with a .570 lift. This will be a "street cruiser" with six pack intake and factory cast headers. I also will be running air conditioning. Any body have some advice? Thanks...and Happy New Year!
