Default '01 Ranger 3.0 Upper Manifold Help

The two coolant lines that go into the top of the intake manifold...one is leaking (spraying coolant) at the base where it enters the housing. I am looking for ideas/options for repairing this without having to replace the entire manifold. Also, I've been told the Manifold has been discontinued so I am having trouble finding that anyway. Is there a way to replace/drill/tap the one leaking piece that goes into the manifold? Thanks for any suggestions.

These lines are for the water to heat up the intake near the throttle body. Why not just bypass them? It won't make any real difference; and I don't think you'd even notice it in very cold weather.
