Exclamation 2000/Ford ranger 2.5

One of My rangers coil packs stopped firing traced it to needing a new computer installed. Did that coil works. Now after about two hundred miles it started dying out check engine codes weird mechanic reset codes worked for a few days and its started again. Check engine lights dims total loss of spark and it flickers on and off power no power barely made it home. Confused any one experience this? Advise?

Usually the first thing we check is the battery cable connections. At the battery and where they attach to the vehicle. Poor connections often provide symptoms like these. The systems require a certain minimum voltage to function correctly and the slightest poor connection can cause things to suddenly stop working. Good idea to check all ground connections, they can drive you to drink when they become intermittent.
