Default 2003 ford ranger (edge)
Engine won't turn over. New fuel pump and filter, new clutch safety switch and new battery. All relays and fuses have been checked. Locksmith called and states it's not the key chip or ignition. Any suggestions?

What does the anti theft light do when trying to start the engine,
Exactly what are you getting when you turn the key to the start position?

Theft light blinks sometimes. When turning on the key we get nothing but all the normal lights on the dash
