the left front u joint on my truck is damn near gone and i've never pulled the rotor or whole wheel assembly off of the truck before, i'm going to do it none the less, i'm just askin for pointers or things to look out for while i'm taking it apart and putting it back together, or if i even have to take it all apart. and advice or tips would be greatly appreciated, thanks

 

jdm, What year is it? I have a '93, and have had the front end apart to replace all the u-joints a few months ago.
