86 Ranger fuel pump problems

Default 86 Ranger fuel pump problems
I bought a 86 ford ranger a month ago and the fuel pumps don't work. I can send power to them and they both work, could this possibly be the gound wire because someone already suggested it, and I want to hear your opinion. I have already replaced the relay switch.

check the fuse in the fuse box on the inner fender on the passenger side
